How Wild Bird Post uses subscriber, gift-recipient and website information.

Checkout collects the buyer email, name, billing address, recipient name and shipping address, payment details and any optional gift note. Stripe processes card details on its hosted checkout; this website does not collect card numbers.
Contact and email signup forms collect the details shown in the form. Google Analytics may collect visit, device and traffic-source information.
Order information is used to take payment, post the correspondence and handle support, changes, cancellations and refunds. Processing necessary for your purchase is based on the contract; legally required financial records are retained to meet legal obligations.
Enquiries are handled to respond to your request. Optional marketing requires consent, which you may withdraw. Buying a gift does not enrol the recipient in marketing.
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payments and associated customer information. Postal providers receive the recipient name and address needed for delivery. Cloudflare hosts the website and its form storage; Google provides website analytics.
Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-protection arrangements and safeguards govern those transfers. Stripe explains its processing at stripe.com/privacy.
We keep order information for fulfilment, support and legally required accounting records, then remove information no longer needed. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to resolve them and maintain an appropriate record. Optional email signup details can be removed on request.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing. Some records cannot be deleted while retention is legally required. Contact hello@wildbirdpost.com. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
