Wild Bird Post collects the information needed to run the current waitlist, answer enquiries and understand how the website is used. We do not sell, rent or swap personal information.
When you join the waitlist or contact us, you provide the details shown in that form, such as your name, email address, country, message and preferences.
Google Analytics 4 may collect aggregated information about visits, pages viewed, device category and traffic source. The site does not use this information to identify individual readers.
Waitlist information is used to send Letter No. 0, communicate the eventual posting date and offer the first opportunity to subscribe. Contact-form information is used to answer the enquiry.
Analytics is used to understand which pages are useful and where the website needs improvement.
Waitlist communication is based on consent. Enquiry handling is based on responding to your request. Any future paid-subscription processing will be documented here before checkout opens.
Netlify hosts this website and processes its forms. Google Analytics provides aggregated website measurement. Any email or payment provider added later will be named here before it begins processing personal information.
Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or the list is no longer needed. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to answer and maintain an appropriate record. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings.
Under the GDPR, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where those rights apply. You may withdraw waitlist consent at any time.
