Subscription, payment, delivery and cancellation terms for Wild Bird Post.

Wild Bird Post is operated by Maebh Collins in Co. Louth, Ireland. Contact hello@wildbirdpost.com about an order, cancellation or return. Payments are processed through the Maebh Collins Stripe account; your bank statement may show MaebhCollins.com.
Each monthly envelope contains a letter, fine-art bird plate, poem card, field note and paper keepsake. The story runs for twelve letters.
Monthly costs $24 USD, charged at purchase and monthly afterwards for up to twelve months, unless paused or cancelled earlier. Six months costs $135 USD once. Twelve months costs $240 USD once. Prepaid plans do not renew. Postage to the US, Canada and Europe and applicable checkout tax are included. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.
Stripe collects your payment, email, name, billing and shipping details. Check the plan, amount and address before submitting payment. A successful Stripe confirmation is your purchase confirmation.
For a prepaid gift, use your own purchase email and the recipient name and shipping address. An optional gift note can be entered at checkout. The recipient is not billed when the gift ends.
Letters are dispatched from Ireland on the first Tuesday of each month. Every new run starts with Letter One. Postal travel times vary; we do not guarantee arrival for a particular occasion. Contact us about the next dispatch if timing matters.
Destinations available at checkout are the US, Canada and Europe. Any import duties or handling charges imposed by the destination country are separate from our price.
For a missing or damaged letter, contact us with the purchase email and affected month. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Responsibility for delivery and your statutory remedies are not excluded.
Email hello@wildbirdpost.com from your purchase email before your next monthly charge to request a pause or cancellation. We confirm the effective date. Cancelling stops future monthly billing; it does not by itself refund a letter already paid for. Statutory cancellation rights below still apply.
Request address changes before dispatch. Prepaid runs end automatically after the number of letters purchased and require no cancellation to prevent renewal. Contact us about changing or ending a prepaid run.
Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the first goods in a regular-delivery contract. Notify hello@wildbirdpost.com clearly that you wish to cancel, with your name, purchase email and order details.
If goods must be returned, return them within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning goods for a change of mind. This does not apply to the cost of resolving faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds due under the statutory cancellation right are made to the original payment method within 14 days of notice. Where permitted, we may wait until returned goods or evidence of return are received. Nothing here limits your rights regarding faulty goods, non-delivery or mandatory protections in your country.
The letters and artwork are for personal enjoyment. Commercial reproduction requires written permission from the rights holder.
The terms shown when you purchase apply to that order. Material changes will be published here with an updated date and will not remove statutory consumer rights.
